These terms govern the WayWake Partner Program operated by YGT Technovations Private Limited. By creating a Partner ID and accepting these terms, you (the "Partner") agree to the clauses below.

Clause 1 — Commission eligibility
- Commission is credited to your Partner wallet only after a user who joins through you completes their free trial and pays for a successful paid subscription.
- No commission is payable for subscriptions that are later cancelled or refunded.
Clause 2 — Payout threshold & processing time
- You may raise a withdrawal request once your Partner wallet reaches a minimum of ₹100.
- Approved payouts are sent to your registered bank or UPI account via the RazorpayX Payouts system, generally within 24 to 48 hours of the request.
Clause 3 — Anti-fraud & abuse policy
- Creating fake or self-referral accounts, using emulators or auto-clickers, or adding users through false promises is strictly prohibited.
- If such violations are detected, the Partner account may be permanently suspended without prior notice, and any pending commission may be forfeited.
Clause 4 — Tax (TDS) & payment-information liability
- In accordance with the Indian Income-Tax Act (Section 194H), 5% TDS will be deducted on payouts once a Partner's total commission crosses ₹15,000 in a financial year.
- If a Partner provides an incorrect UPI ID or bank details, YGT Technovations Private Limited is not liable for any resulting loss of funds.
Clause 5 — Modification & termination rights
- The company reserves the full right to modify the commission structure or program rules in line with market conditions and company policy.
- The company reserves the right to terminate any Partner account without prior notice.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the details of our Grievance Officer are:

Complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days of receipt.

By ticking "I agree to the Partner Terms & Conditions" during Partner registration, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. Your acceptance is recorded with date & time as a digital agreement.
