The simple rules for using WayWake.
Updated August 2026These Terms govern your use of WayWake, operated by YGT Technovations Private Limited. By creating an account, accepting these Terms, or using WayWake, you agree to them.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. The details you provide, including your age, must be true.
New users get a 30-day free trial of the selected plan (Individual, Student or Family) for a one-time ₹1 verification fee. No subscription amount is charged during the 30-day trial. After the trial, the plan price applies (Individual ₹49, Student ₹29, Family ₹129). Subscriptions taken in the Android app auto-renew through Google Play until cancelled; subscriptions taken on the website do not auto-renew — you choose to renew each month with a one-tap payment, and nothing is auto-debited. Either way, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then moves to the free tier described below. Prices are in ₹ and include applicable taxes.
If you do not subscribe once the 30-day trial ends, your account moves to our free tier instead of being closed. On the free tier you may set up to 3 alarms per calendar week; the counter resets every week. While on the free tier, the in-app game and voucher redemption are unavailable, but your existing coin balance, vouchers and saved locations remain in your account and stay visible. Subscribing to any paid plan at any time immediately restores unlimited alarms and full access. We may change the number of free alarms or which features are included in the free tier, with notice through the app.
A one-time ₹1 verification fee is collected at sign-up to prevent fraud and confirm a valid payment method. This ₹1 fee is non-refundable.
Android app (Google Play): your subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Website: there is no auto-debit — you renew each month with a one-tap payment, so no cancellation step is needed; if you don't renew, it simply ends. Paid features are activated instantly online on successful payment, on every device you sign in to.
The in-app wallet, coins and game rewards are promotional; unless stated otherwise they have no independent cash value, are non-transferable, and follow the limits shown in the app.
Do not break the law, breach security, use bots to abuse rewards/wallet/referrals, impersonate others, or infringe intellectual property.
Website payments are processed by Razorpay; in the Google Play Android app, subscriptions are billed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google’s terms. We do not store your full card details.
To cancel a subscription bought in the Android app: Google Play Store → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
You may cancel your subscription any time from Settings, and delete your account any time. We may suspend access for breach or where required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WayWake is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect loss or loss from factors outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
Referral partners and drivers are governed by the separate Partner Terms & Conditions shown inside the WayWake Partner section.
We may update these Terms and will notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
