WayWake is a digital software service. This policy explains how our service is "delivered" — because there are no physical goods, there is no courier or parcel shipping.

⚡ Digital delivery only. On successful payment via Razorpay, your WayWake premium features are activated online, in your account, within minutes — nothing is shipped physically.

1. Digital goods only

WayWake is a software / application service. No physical products are sold, and nothing is ever sent by courier, parcel or post. "Delivery" here means online activation of digital features in your WayWake account.

2. Instant service activation

Immediately after you successfully pay the subscription fee through Razorpay, all premium features in the WayWake app are unlocked in your account.

3. Delivery timeline

Activation is automatic and usually completes within 5 minutes of successful payment. In the rare case of a server or network delay, your service will be delivered (activated) within a maximum of 24 hours.

4. Confirmation & invoice

A payment receipt / invoice is sent to your registered email address, and is also available inside the app under the Billing / Profile section.

5. Delivery support

If your subscription is not activated within 24 hours of the amount being deducted, please contact us immediately at support@waywake.in with your payment ID, and we will resolve it promptly.
